BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION PROGRAMS

Affordable Housing Through Industrialized Construction

DGEGroup's housing concept combines engineering, manufacturing and construction into an integrated development model.

The DGEGroup model

Raw Materials-Manufacturing-Prefabrication-Construction-Training-Local Industry

This approach can reduce construction time while creating local employment and developing domestic manufacturing capacity.

Affordable Housing

DGEGroup develops housing systems intended to provide:

  • Affordable construction

  • Energy efficency

  • Thermal comfort

  • Acustic performance

  • Durability

  • Rapid construction

  • Local manufacturing

  • Reduce construction waste

Construction Apprendiceship

A central component of the DGEGroup model is workforce development.

Local workers can be trained in:

  • CFS fabrication

  • Panel Manufacturing

  • Solar Panel Manufacturing

  • Building Assembly

  • Roofing

  • Electrical Installation

  • Solar InstallationQuality Control

  • Costruction Managment

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

DGEGroup can participate throughout the project-development cycle:

1. Feasibility Study
Technical, economic and industrial assessment.

2. Engineering
Structural, architectural, manufacturing and systems engineering.

3. Industrial Planning
Plant configuration, equipment requirements and production planning.

4. Technology Transfer
Training, technical documentation and operational assistance.

5. Construction
Project management, supervision and implementation support.

6. Local Manufacturing
Development of domestic production capability.

7. Long-Term Support
Engineering assistance, optimization, maintenance and further technology development.

PROPOSED INDUSTRIAL PLANTS:

DEVELOPMENT PLAN

To recap, our project will comprise technology transfer and development of industrial processes with innovative materials in Green Building technology.

This will involve the development of new Factories, Education,  and Employment programs.

Together with the Defence and Security Organs, Our plan will be able to provide TRAINING programs of modern fabrication techniques  and construction skills to increase employment with management opportunities for a new Construction Labour force .

The Housing project will demonstrate the Environmental, Economic and Social Benefits of sustainable construction.

New manufactured products for Sustainable Buildings (a.k.a. Green Buildings) will stimulate economic modernization to increase and expand the industrial sector on a national and international market.

PROPOSED INDUSTRIAL PLANTS:

METAL COLD ROLL-FORMING

This is a high volume manufacturing process with roll-forming machines where continuous coils of galvanized sheet steel, ranging from 1mm to 5mm thick are fed through an array of rollers, that fold the flat steel at room temperature into long members whose shape makes them stiff and strong,  at an average rate of 40 m/min.  A variety of sections can easily be produced by one machine by changing the array of rollers arranged sequentially for each specific shape.
